For a second time, Ke$ha (RCA/Jive), ends a run at the top of the Internet Top 40 for Lady Gaga (Universal).  Track spent seven non-consecutive weeks in the lead position. Online, Ke$ha (RCA/Jive) also continues to dominate CHR/Pop. Ludacris (Def Jam) ousts Young Money (YM/CM) from the top of CHR/Rhythmic, and Kutless (BEC) takes over at Christian CHR.  At National radio, Ke$ha (RCA/Jive) remains at number 1 for a seventh week, but declines by more than 700 spins.  Jason Aldean (Broken Bow) wins Top Add for the week, with 42 new stations on board.  New titles in Music For Pleasure include Arika Kane (BSE) at Pop, and Gregg Karukas (TNR) at Jazz.
