Site Visitors
It is the policy of RadioWave that we will not collect any personal information from visitors to the RadioWave site, including e-mail addresses.  However, when visiting, RadioWave does record general IP and browser information used in gathering broad site trends and and demographic statistics.  


We do not sell, transfer or trade any demographic statistic recorded during a visit to this site.  RadioWave contains no cookies, 'spyware' utilities, pop-up or pop-under ads that place programs on your machine which record and transfer data.  RadioWave refuses advertising from any company, organization or individual participating in these activities.  



Information Gathered From Broadcaster and Artist Submissions


Information gathered from those using RadioWave monitoring or reporting services is used in the following ways:

User ID and Passwords
Used only to provide stations, labels, management and artists with access to protected RadioWave features.



Account Information
Lets us know who you are, how to contact you, which features you are currently able to access, and how to monitor your stations or music.



E-Mail
Used to correspond concerning site or account issues, important announcements, billing purposes, and reporting purposes.  It is not used to market 3rd-party products or services.  Artists, labels and management are granted access to e-mail addresses for station Program Directors in order to send electronic press kits, or direct-music marketing promotional material.



Transactions
Any billing provided to you for monitoring or reporting services from RadioWave. RadioWave works with 3rd-party billing agents in order to provide a higher level of security for credit card and personal check transactions.



This policy governs the use of RadioWave, however it does not govern the policies of sites that RadioWave links to, or is linked from.
